Science Confirms Reconnective Healing

Science Confirms Reconnective Healing PDF Author: Konstantin G. Korotkov
Publisher: Createspace Independent Publishing Platform
ISBN: 9781467948203
Category : Electromagnetism in medicine

Pages : 0

Book Description
This book describes results of different experiments and clinical trials exploring the effects of Reconnective Healing. Experiments during three years demonstrated that sessions of Reconnection Healing had statistically significant positive influence on the functional state, humoral activity, physical condition and reaction to loading for the group of people both immediately and in 10 days after the influence. This signifies long-lasting effect of Reconnection Healing and its significance for people's health and well-being. Reconnective Healing does not invoke a relaxation response in the person, but decreases both sympathetic and parasympathetic stimulation of the autonomic nervous system, as observed when a person is in a state of emotional detachment, inner quiet and heightened awareness of the flow of subtle energy. These physiological responses are compatible with the Reconnective Healing principle of sensing and kinesthetically interacting with energy fields, as well as passively allowing the energy to flow through the body. One special effect of Reconnective Healing is structurization of Space in the auditorium, which affects all people present.

Book Description
Since the first suffering supplicant offered a prayer to his god or the first mother cradled an ailing child in her caring arms, we have witnessed how human health and healing go beyond any inventory of parts and infusion of chemicals. We humans are a complex melding of thought, emotion, spirit and energy and each of those components is as critical to our well-being as our physiological status. Even if we are just beginning to quantify and document these seemingly intangible aspect, to ignore them in the practice of medicine is neglect and an invitation to do harm. The Scientific Basis of Integrative Health has been extensively updated and expanded to provide a comprehensive guide to integrative medicine. Taking a balanced and objective approach, this leading text bridges the gap between Western science and Eastern philosophy. It provides doctors and other health practitioners with information on complementary and alternative approaches to health, that is authoritative, evidence based, and epidemiologically substantiated. Written for doctors and healthcare professionals by pioneering practitioners and updated with the newest research across and increasing range of possibilities, this third edition includes nine new chapters covering topics such as: Electrophotonic imaging; Neuroacupuncture; Naturopathic medicine; Integrative nutrition.

Alternative Medicine

Alternative Medicine PDF Author: Edzard Ernst
Publisher: Springer
ISBN: 3030126013
Category : Medical
Languages : en
Pages : 319

Book Description
Alternative medicine (AM) is hugely popular; about 40% of the US general population have used at least one type of alternative treatment in the past year, and in Germany this figure is around 70%. The money spent on AM is considerable: the global market is expected to reach nearly US $ 200 billion by 2025, with most of these funds coming directly out of consumers’ pockets. The reasons for this popularity are complex, but misinformation is certainly a prominent factor. The media seem to have an insatiable appetite for the subject and often report uncritically on it. Misinformation about AM on the Internet (currently about 50 million websites are focused on AM) is much more the rule than the exception. Consumers are thus being bombarded with misinformation on AM, and they are ill-protected from such misinformation and therefore prone to making wrong, unwise or dangerous therapeutic decisions, endangering their health and wasting their money. This book is a reference text aimed at guiding consumers through the maze of AM. The concept of the book is straightforward. It has two main parts. The first, short section provides essential background on AM, explaining in simple terms what is (and what is not) good, reliable evidence, and addressing other relevant issues like, for instance, the placebo response, informed consent, integrative medicine, etc. The second and main part consists of 150 short chapters, topically grouped and each dedicated to one single alternative therapeutic or diagnostic method. In each of them, seven critical points are raised. These points relate to issues that are important for consumers’ decisions whether it is worth trying the method in question. Restricting the discussion to just seven points means that issues must be prioritized to those themes which are most relevant in the context of each given modality.
