Australia's Paedophile Protection Racket

Australia's Paedophile Protection Racket PDF Author: Shane Dowling

Book Description
Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced on the 3rd of September 2019 that 28% of paedophiles convicted of federal laws do not go to jail so the government is introducing mandatory sentencing laws. By June 2020 when the new laws were passed by the government it had risen to 39%. The minimum inference that can be drawn is that Australian judges and magistrates are running a paedophile protection racket otherwise they would be doing their jobs and jailing the convicted paedophiles. Two examples are firstly, Judge John North gave a confessed paedophile who abused two young girls a suspended sentence due to the paedophile suffering high cholesterol, sleeping problems, having had no sex education and then protected his identity with a suppression order in November 2017. And secondly, convicted paedophile Robert Crick who sexually abused his 5-year-old grandson avoided jail in May 2020 after the Court of Appeal in NSW felt sorry for him because of his claimed health issues and they were worried he might catch the Coronavirus in jail. The book follows journalist Shane Dowling, who specialises in judicial and government corruption, as he cuts too close with his reporting by naming 15 judges, 2 registrars and 1 magistrate as either known paedophiles or suspected paedophiles in an email sent to all the judges of the Supreme Court of NSW and relevant authorities. The documented evidence shows Chief Justice Tom Bathurst abusing his position and ordering court staff to stitch Shane Dowling up for 2 jail sentences, and are trying for a third, but they still can't stop Shane Dowling exercising his right to political communication and free speech which is the real danger to the likes of Bathurst and Co. In the same email Shane Dowling also raised the $2.2 million mafia bribe to NSW judges reported by the ABC and Fairfax Media in 2015 which Justice David Davies confirmed was true in a discussion with Shane Dowling in the Supreme Court of NSW on the 30th November 2015. Shane Dowling reported at the time: "Justice Davies said the bribe took place "30 or 40 years ago" in a clear attempt to downplay it as old news. I responded with words to the effect "it didn't happen that long ago as one of the judges has only recently retired and there are other judges still on the bench". Justice Davies then sat there like a stunned mullet and said nothing."

Nihilist Communism

Nihilist Communism PDF Author: Dupont (Monsieur.)
Publisher:
ISBN:
Category : Communism
Languages : en
Pages : 276

Book Description
Originally self-published in 2003, now edited and designed by Ardent Press, still one of the most hard-nosed books to call the left to account -- with scathing, thoughtful rebuttals to those who continue to believe that the revolution is just a matter of consciousness-raising and recruitment, or that identity politics has anything to do with Marxist thought. Many will reject the materialism inherent in this analysis, but we appreciate the logical consistency (and the occasional brilliance of writing) of Monsieur Dupont; so refreshing in a world in which people withdraw to muddle-headedness in incoherent attempts to fit all topics into some kind of grab bag, attempts seemingly designed to avoid offense rather than to follow ideas through to their logical (or even illogical) conclusions. Unlike so many people who either reject theory all together (rather, who obscure the theory that they work from), or who embrace theory and ignore the ways reality doesn't fit their ideas, Msr Dupont reflected on their experience (and that of others) and changed their theory to suit their lives. We need more people who are willing to be unpopular, who work an idea until it groans, who reflect on real life experiences and then acknowledge the ways in which prevailing theory doesn't make sense, and who are then capable of challenging prevailing theory to be more coherent, more realistic, and more useful. species being could be considered a companion text to Nihilist Communism, or vice versa: reading them together has been helpful for some. Nihilist Communism refers more to specific political occurrences, and species being fleshes out some of the more esoteric ideas.

The Jerilderie Letter Part Two

The Jerilderie Letter Part Two PDF Author: Shane Dowling

ISBN: 9780648890911
Category :
Languages : en
Pages : 376

Book Description
The Jerilderie Letter Part Two: Australia's Corrupt Prime Ministers From the back cover: Australia's democracy was stolen long ago, if we ever had one, by corrupt political parties who are pillaging Australia's assets, at times using corrupt police and courts, for themselves and their mates. This book shines a light on that fact by focusing on corruption by the Prime Ministers who lead the parties. The book chronicles articles, over the last 12 years by investigative journalist Shane Dowling, with documented evidence proving corruption in relation to former Prime Ministers and the current Prime Minister. The book covers blatant corruption and alleged corruption by Kevin Rudd, Julia Gillard, Tony Abbott, Malcolm Turnbull and Scott Morrison and others. Many people criticise current Prime Minister Scott Morrison but one thing that he has been extremely good for is to prove just how corrupt a government can become under a corrupt Prime Minister when they are left unchecked. Anyone arguing the case for a federal ICAC (Independent Commission Against Corruption) only has to say the name Scott Morrison and it conjures up in millions of people's minds the image of someone who is morally and ethically bankrupt who cares about nothing but himself. While Scott Morrison is by far the worst Prime Minister Australia has had in recent times, if not ever, he is not the only one who has failed this country. One possible solution is to vote in more independents, and we only needed a few more at the last election and they would have had the balance of power which could have stopped the widespread government corruption. But for people to vote independent they need to understand how the current practice of going from a coalition government of the Liberals and Nationals to a Labor government and back again has failed to give Australia a true democracy. While reading the book you will discover many things about Australia's Prime Ministers that you never knew but should have known which supports the argument: "In a time when old media journalists are being silenced by their bosses who are in bed with corrupt politicians stealing $billions from taxpayers it is even more important for new media independent journalists like Shane Dowling to report the truth".
